Week in Review

How did your week go? I am really excited about my new eating plan, it's going well and is relatively easy for me to stick with. Of course, I did have a tough time with morale last week, thanks for helping me out with that, guys.
New goals:

  1. drink more water
  2. try something new, exercise-wise

I've been doing the diabetic exchange thing. The reason it works so well for me is that it lays out how many servings of what I need during 1 day. Turns out, I wasn't eating enough in the right proportions. Now that I'm being more careful about my portion size and making sure I get enough of everything, I feel more full during the day and less snack-ish. Also, when I want a sweet, I've been chewing gum, and that helps.

Could you share what you're eating? I totally agree about the water and this reminds me to go fill up my water bottle :-)
