So, the other day my mom told me that "they" have proven that stress does cause weight gain, or the inability to lose weight, or both in people. I tried to find the news article that she saw on the tv, but couldn't, but came up with this link. It's a good read, and of course even though the study these people mention includes only 40-year old wome and older, it has been "proven" elsewhere, I just can't find it, that it wasn't relative to age.
I'm in trouble....

Ah, yes, just what I need, yet another scape goat. Thank you for making my blame-shifting so much simpler...
The problem is, even when you reduce your stress it's still hard to get off... I recommend deep tissue massage ( not even kidding). It will hurt the first few times, but it works the toxins out that build up from stress really well, just remember to drink ALOT of water to help it move all the way out of your system. Alot before and after the massage.
