Monday Review is totally on top of things!

Happy Monday everyone! How was your week?
Mine was pretty good. I lost one pound, which is great and remembered to drink lots of water. I did kind of slack off a little last week, not doing quite as much as I should have and snacking more, but not too badly. Only about 20 lbs to go! Of course, that's not how much I have to lose to be at my 'ideal weight', but I'll worry about perfection when I've conquered normal:)

Goals for this week: 1/2 lb
Stop snacking on junk
More time exercising

Other than two long walks and lots of fun dancing on both Fri and Sat evening I didn't work out! :-(

Since I've really been struggling with a regular exercise routine I decided to go back to the one that was working before I moved. I'm going to go back to the other gym location (by Eagle) and go to the Step class on Tuesday morning and the Kick Box class on Thursday morning, both at 6:00.

So that will be good!

I did okay on Calorie counting except for the weekend, which was packed with tons of activities and events, most of which involved lots of food, but I didn't overdo it TOO much. :-)
