I just don't have the energy for a clever title...

Bleh. I have the mother of all colds. Not to mention the cranky, sick three-year-old who has been waking up at all hours of the night demanding SOMETHING. He has no idea what he wants, but he knows he needs something. I keep trying to remind myself that this, too, will pass and that someday I will be able to lay in bed all frikking day if I really want to, but that is just not so comforting right now.
Anyway, I can't really taste anything right now, so eating is not all that tempting or exciting. Unfortunately, neither is exercising...
How are you faring this week?

Oh, so sorry you and the little man are sick!!! Hope you both feel better soon.

I ran 5.2 miles this morning and it took SO LONG. I've been working out on average 5-6 days a week for the past month, and have been doing Weight Watchers too, and except for the amazing first week I had where I lost a little over 6 lbs I've only lost about a pound a week. I KNOW that's better than nothing, and a "healthy" amount to lose, but I feel like as much as I'm not eating and as much as I am working out, the results should show more. I haven't even dropped a size yet!!! I just want to eat all kinds of things that I can't have, so I'm upset all day that I have to make these "good" food choices and can have very little of what I actually like. Whine, whine, whine....

How about everyone else?

Trust me, by the time you really can sleep in all day, you won't want to anymore. Or it will give you a headache and so not be worth it...
